Equipment

Each participant is responsible for their gear, food, and hiking equipment.

Being well-prepared allows you to fully enjoy the hiking experience, stay safe in changing conditions, and ensure that everyone in the group can move confidently on the trails.

Personal Insurance

We encourage each guest to arrange personal insurance coverage if desired.

The route will be mellow, and we’ll make sure it’s safe and enjoyable for everyone, but it’s important to be aware and take responsibility for your own well-being.

Experience The Power Of Andorra

MOVEMENT | CONNECTION | GROWTH

DAY 1 | FRIDAY 26 SEPTEMBER

12:00 - 1:00 p.m. WELCOME TO BARCELONA!

We’ll meet at Barcelona Airport for those arriving by plane. The exact terminal and meeting point will be confirmed closer to the date. Please join the Andorra WhatsApp group for communications.

▸▸ If you're driving to Ordino, find the address of the hotel below


1:30 - 2:00 p.m. We’ll be leaving Barcelona Airport and heading to Ordino. The drive takes about 3–4 hours, and we’ll make two stops along the way.

6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Check-in at Hotel Abba Ordino Babot

8:30 p.m. Dinner at Hotel Abba Ordino Babot
We’ll use this moment to connect—introducing one another, our amazing guests, host, and co-host—while sharing a sneak peek of the exciting adventure that lies ahead!

Each participant must have done the Arena's Work from Chris and will also receive Stress Testing Kits to measure Cortisol and sIgA (immune markers), with Chris guiding you through the process and explaining everything before we begin our hike.

DAY 2 | SATURDAY 27 SEPTEMBER

08:00 a.m. Breakfast at Hotel.
We’ll meet for a quick breakfast, go over the day’s plan, and do a final equipment check.

○ Please have all your hiking equipment ready the day before


○ We’ll leave the hotel
punctually at 8:30 am.


○ A
trail pack will be provided, including 2 sandwiches, 1 piece of fruit, and water. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us as soon as possible.


08:30 a.m. Drive to Estanys di Tristaina
We’ll start with a short briefing from Manu before taking a 30-minute drive to the start of the trail. The hike will include a few scenic stops along the way and finish with lunch at a Refugio.

During the hike, Chris will guide us through a “breadcrumb” version of his Arena Exercise and share insights from the stress tests completed during dinner the night before.

▸▸ Trail Length: 12 - 13 km, 1.300 mts elevation. Expect 4 - 6 hours

02:00 - 03:00 p.m. Hike Finishes, Refreshments at Refugio La Borda de La Coma then Return to Hotel and Relax / Free Time

Late Afternoon. Re-group at Hotel Lobby for Conversations with Chris Wilson & Manu Vilaseca

08:30 p.m. Dinner at L'Era D'en Jaume to celebrate an awesome day together!

DAY 3 | Sunday 28 SEPTEMBER

5:00 a.m. Meet in the lobby for our Sunrise Hike! We’ll head to Estanys de Tristaina to enjoy a mindfulness session while watching the sunrise and reconnecting after an amazing weekend.

○ Please have all your hiking equipment ready
the day before with your headlamp.


○ We’ll leave the hotel
punctually at 5:15 am.


○ A
trail pack will be provided, including including 2 sandwiches, 1 piece of fruit, and water. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us as soon as possible.

06:30 a.m. Sunrise and Mindfullness Session with Manu

08:00 a.m. Return to Hotel

08:30 - 10:00 a.m. Buffet Breakfast at the Hotel
Let’s enjoy breakfast together after an amazing weekend, followed by some free time before check-out.

10:30 a.m. Check Out

10:45 - 11:00 a.m. Farewell & Transfer back to Barcelona Airport
& Train Station

We will check out and leave Ordino as the latest 11:00 a.m.
3 to 4 hours drive with a couple stops along the way.

TIPS FOR AN INCREDIBLE WEEKEND AHEAD

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: What clothes should I bring & what's the weather like in Ordino?

In late September, Ordino, Andorra, experiences temperatures ranging from 6°C to 25°C, with crisp evenings, mild breezy days, and approximately 70 mm of rain. Pack layers—a t-shirt, light jacket, and a warmer coat for nights.

Also, please make sure to download the LIST OF EQUIPMENT.

Question 2: What happens if it rains?

We’ve prepared two alternatives in case of rain:

SATURDAY

▶️ Option 1 – Light Drizzle
If it’s only a drizzle, we will still go ahead with the hike, provided everyone has the proper gear.
Please make sure to read and download the [Equipment List] beforehand.

▶️ Option 2 – Rainy Day Program
If the weather is too wet, we’ll shift indoors:

Circuit Training followed by Yoga & Mindfulness with Manu (also a certified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher).

Breadcrumb Sessions with Chris.

Access to the hotel’s pool and spa to make the most of the day.

Lunch arranged at a local restaurant.

Indoor Schedule (Rain Plan - Saturday)

09:30 – Yoga & Mindfulness with Manu

11:00 – Breadcrumb Workshop with Chris

13:00 – Lunch at Borda Xicois

15:00 – 17:00 – Free Time

18:00 – Breadcrumb Session with Chris & Afternoon Tea

20:30 – Dinner at L’Era D’en Jaume

SUNDAY

Question 3: How fit should I be to do the hikes?

◦ You should be an active person, exercising at least 2–3 times per week (running, cycling, gym, or other cardio).

◦ Hikes will last 4–5 hours at a conversational pace.

◦ You must be comfortable with this level of activity.

◦ The group may be split into two, with designated re-grouping points as needed.

◦ Each participant is responsible for their own equipment, health, and fitness.

◦ Bring your own food and water for the hike. A lunch pack will be provided for both hikes, but you should still carry any additional supplies or special dietary items you may need.

◦ Please read and download the Equipment List, and make sure to complete and sign the Liability Form and Emergency Contact Form before the event.

Question 4: What to expect from the full experience?

Staying true to the REKONNEKT purpose. Andorra is an opportunity for participants to connect with themselves and with others— physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually. This intention will guide us to create meaningful moments for the group.

Question 5: What isn't included in the experience?

All meal stops between Barcelona and Ordino transfer (both ways) aren't included, as well as alcoholic beverages during meals.
